NX Product Design and Development (NPD) - A Design and Outsourcing Case Study
CCE helped the world’s largest supplier of photolithography equipment for the semiconductor industry, with new product design using NX.
Our goal was to work in collaboration with the client’s team on multiple product design and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) activities during various stages of engineering product development.
Work HighLights
- Technical Product Documentation - Created 3D models, detailed drawing, applied tolerances and dimensions based on design requirements
- Designed & Developed - Mini storage cart for a fully configured optical module assembly
- Tooling Design - A tool was developed for the fast transport of water from the extraction seal that has the ability to rotate the wafer table 180 degrees to inject & drain the hydrophobic solution
- Electrical Development - cable set design, cable routing for the sensor assembly, E-cabinets and its components for a Cable routing for the sensor assembly
- Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) - Designed concepts of E-cabinet and its components for a test stand
